Harmony Hub firmware 4.15.330

The 13th of March you released update for your app 5.7.14 and the same day the hub firmware 4.15.330 and all hell broke loose. The hub loose it’s connection several times per day and I never had any problem before ( 6 yers) I have tried 3 different routers but that’s not the problem, I can still see it’s connected to the Asus router but you can’t use this app or the Elite remote since it refuses to connect to the hub! Please fix your fw asap for your elite hub!

Var finns supporten?

Min hub har börjat tappa kontakten med min router, får starta om hubben flera ggr och har ja jag tur kopplar den upp. Bara standard q&a ingen support. Kasst, typiskt stora bolag idag, vill bara sälja sen kan kunderna lösa problemen skälva.

Totalt trasig

Logitech har inte fixat så att användare kunnat logga in eller återställa sina lösenord på flera år. Ändå säljs deras smörja i butikerna fortfarande!!

Bug in Group function

There is a bug in the Group function that prevents the user from scrolling in the list of Phillips hue devises. This makes the group function unusable as you cannot reach all devices in the list. Worked in previous versions. Please fix ASAP!

Stabilitet issues

The app i suddenly works properly on my I phone but not on my Ipad? It opens but do not take any commands After update to 5.7.9 it works👍

Stability issues

Hi, since latest version I have to every second time I open the app restart the app since commands does not take effect. Please fix (latest fw released 4 month ago!) Regards, Martin

Good app, Siri support is needed

Great app, but it’s shooting itself in the foot by not adding support for Siri Shortcuts.

I agree with other comments made. Enabling Siri Shortcuts for Harmony would be such a great addition.

Worst app ever

How can a company like Logitech release an app that is completely useless. Cannot believe this ever tested. The user un-friendly, un-logical, and functions that simply do not work. Totally waste of time!!!

Siri Shortcuts?

I love my Harmony Elite. It has made time in the sofa much easier. But the app feels a bit old. It needs a refresh and most importantly, Siri Shortcuts! Please fix this!
