Rubbish
The app restricted only entertainment device. I could not find a way to add Air conditioner! Rubbish product!
Such an awful system
Long loading time, unable to pair keyboard, occasionally did not send out signal, poor QA Should fire all programming team and rewrite

Very poor designed apps. In my iOS 8 iPad, it shows almost 80% of battery was used by this apps. I don't know what it is doing in sleeping mode? The GUI is not user friendly! My Panasonic TV should have power on and off code separately, but the apps only send the power command to the TV. I need to run the fix frequently within the apps due to the wrong status. When I use the apps to setup the remote, I find it is very difficult to complete the task and finally go to the Windows desktop to finish the job. A lot of other bad examples... If you compare this apps to Universal Remote's Complete Control program, it is really a rubbish software.
