Login issue
I have to constantly login through SingPass a number of times, it kept redirecting me to the homepage where it shows I wasn’t login, wake up your mind and get this solved asap!!!

Update poor
After recent update (Jun-24) the connection to SingPass login cannot be done. Cannot sync. What sort of update is that?

Unable to access via Singpass
Why keep getting blank screen and log out auto? Re log in via Singpass and got the following error again: You are not receiving personalised Notifications for Appointments, Bills and Video ZOOM links as you have yet to register your device. ACTIVATE NOW Sorry, our servers are busy at the moment. Please try again a few minutes later.
Unable to login with SingPass
Tried many times, but can no longer login using SingPass! How else can I get notifications for my medical appointments??
Terrible app
Can’t log in to make payment on iPhone 14. Been like this for weeks. Do something dev’s for goodness sake, the app is sposed to help people, not make their life miserable.
Cannot login
Unable to login to check my appointments, it keeps asking for my Singpass, after Singpass certification and go back to Health Buddy, it asks for my Singpass again and we go thru the loop
Personal Notification Automatically Disable
I have enabled Personal Notification in Health Buddy app many times. Each time after enabling the notification inside the app, it will automatically disable by itself after a few weeks. Today the same problem happened again. I open the app to see if notification is still enabled, it was disabled automatically again though I had enabled it just a few weeks ago.
Please check
Can you check your app as I keep can’t logging in. Have logged in then when back to your app, it’s not logged in. Makes it difficult to do a registration and payment.
Cannot update
Was told to update before can continue using the health buddy but it just keep running without any update for hours
