Personalized experience – Create an account and login to activate all the features of the app. Including presenting your travel day information with your tickets along with live train times on your home screen.

Quick booking – Need a ticket in a hurry? Book a ticket in seconds. Once you are logged in you will have the option to activate this new feature, allowing you to book at ticket on the day of travel in just a few clicks.

Live train times – In addition to the scheduled times and service information, you will now be able to see live train times on the day you travel, making your trip planning even easier.

Accessing tickets – Your tickets can easily be accessed and managed in one place on the app, allowing you to view upcoming tickets for travel and manage past tickets. Plus, you can still add your Heathrow Express tickets to your mobile wallet.

Manage your account – With all your details in one place, including payment options, personal details, language and currency settings it’s easy to create and manage your experience how you want it.

Quick and Easy

Super easy and quick to use.

Can’t pay

Apple Pay doesn’t work; doesn’t allow Canadian billing addresses!

Needs work

Needs basic auto fill function and Apple Pay for secure payment.

On and off

When the app works its great, however, today I booked a ticket and when the receipt comes through I am unable to download the ticket to my wallet. When I call for assistance the call was first dropped (hung up) and second attempt the ‘executive’ was unavailable; forcing me to leave a messsge.

Wrong dates show on tickets

Booked tickets on app but in “my tickets” they show up with wrong dates!

Ticket bookings

Consider adding the ability to search by booking reference number. I purchased 5 return tickets on my desktop but am unable to load them onto my phone for portability. Instead I need to print the tickets.

Crashes. Every time.

Canadian iPhone X this app crashes. Every time you open it. Even deleted and reinstalled. Same outcome.

Can't add World Points number

An overseas traveller, and no place to enter WorldPoints card number, one of the reasons I use this service. Easier to just book on mobile or website, please fix on app!

Very convenient

Very convenient way to buy a ticket saving time at the station, however tickets are too expensive, hence 4 stars instead of 5. The phone number is not used to transmit the ticket, it gets transmitted thru the app, so the previous reviewer's concern is unnecessary.

Not going to risk it

Slow and clunky to set up personal details. No indication whether the app supports non-UK telephone numbers. If so, the app gives no instructions how enter them. There is no ability to enter the '+' sign to indicate an overseas number. I decided I wasn't going to turn the risk of being charged for a ticket only to have it disappear into the void, so I gave up on it.
