Accessing tickets – Your tickets can easily be accessed and managed in one place on the app, allowing you to view upcoming tickets for travel and manage past tickets. Plus, you can still add your Heathrow Express tickets to your mobile wallet.
Manage your account – With all your details in one place, including payment options, personal details, language and currency settings it’s easy to create and manage your experience how you want it.

Very easy to navigate app - fast and efficient

So bad get your act together

Appalling app that never fails to disappoint, how the developers of this app can publish such poor quality rubbish is amazing. Cannot pay for a ticket with a credit card as it just sits there after I enter the credit card details and will not move forward. Countless other bugs that make the experience slow and miserable and then the actual journey on the hxpress is 50% late every time. Time to switch to London underground.

Poor Account creation

Took me nearly 5 mins to create an account. First attempt it would randomly delete your inputs and let me enter numerics. Close and restart removed that glitch. Second attempt failed with SSL error cannot connect to server. Then repeatedly failed saying problem with first name which I eventually discovered there was a white space character after first and last name which when deleted let me proceed. I can see many people giving up long before this. I haven’t even used the

Worst travel App ever

Poorly designed, appallingly executed, full of inadequacy and clearly not designed with the traveller in mind. Its only saving grace is that it’s an excellent example of how not to design and build an app. Seems the minimum is 1 star. I wouldn’t give it any.

Dreadful app

Dreadful app cannot import tickets not intuitive to use

Should allow to import tickets...

I bought the ticket before having an account and now I can’t import my ticket into the app so I can’t also add it to my iOS wallet. Would be good to have this integration.

An utter downgrade

This was a reasonably good app and now it looks like a shell of one. Who wasted money on these developers??

Terrible

Crashes all the time, doesn’t automatically mark which tickets are used. Terrible.

Apple wallet support needed

This app has great potential, was able to book my tickets and add my card details. But it is still outdated that it refers to Apple wallet as “passbook” but it shows an error when I try and include my tickets in it. This is a needed feature for anyone travelling a lot.

Unstable

Very unstable on 6S with constant crashes.
