Can’t sign in
App keeps signing me out, and I can’t sign in as a returning customer, it will only let me sign up as a new customer. Extremely frustrating.

New design is terrible.
Can’t find anything. You can only shop what they want you to see ( “new in” ) not what you are specific looking for. Don’t even think about using the search function.
Unable to shop
Can’t shop without this new app update and it requires iOS16 which my older phone isn’t able to download yet…very sad as I usually love shopping with H&M! Not in a position to upgrade my phone at the moment so will have to just give our business to other places.
Flashy but less functionality
The new update may be more aesthetically pleasing but it’s less functional. The wishlist no longer lets you see if your saved item/size is in or out of stock by looking at your list. At first glance, it looks like every item and size you have saved is in stock. But when you click to add the item to your cart, you see the size you favorited may actually be out of stock. Only items that all sizes are completely out of stock are greyed out. Frustrating since the previous app version gave you the option to see if your favorited item AND size was available just by looking at your list. This was much better when you are waiting for an item to be restocked.

This app update and new interface is terrible. Can’t find anything I’m looking for.
What is it with your upgrades??
Absolutely loved this app till the moment I can’t use it anymore because it suddenly decided that only users with “iOS 16 or later” can use it!.. With iPhone 11 it should be able to open it…

SLOW SHIPPING SERVICE
I like your platform, it is very easy to navigate in the application but your shipping service is too slow, on your platform it says 5 to 8 days but that is not true, I placed an order with bshk after placing it with you and it already arrived, what I order with you has not yet been dispatched. 🙄🙄🙄!
