Bad app
It freezes after a couple of seconds on ipad pro. Works well on iPhone funny enough.Being one of the biggest fast fashion companies with enormous profits one would have thought the app was going to work reasonably well.

20% off clickbait scam
The last 20% off campaign for loyal members was scam. All products were labeled with 20% off tag, but in the basket the price was the regular one.
The app is very buggy
Ever since the update from several weeks back the app freezes and I need to close it. When I open it again same thing happens (iOS 18.3.2 for iPad and iOS 18.4 for iPhone)
The app is not very functional
I love H&M and the selection they offer not just for women clothing, but for baby and home as well. However, the app at this state is abysmal. It is difficult to find all reduced stock at once. There is a lack of functional filters and an annoying limit to the favourites section. Also, I can’t split my favourites in separate albums: for instance clothes for me and clothes for the baby (you can do that in the Zara app).
Disappointed
The new application release do not show my Favorites. It says “Content not available” and “ Refresh” but nothing happens. Not possible to save anything and wait for the right size. Bad quality of pictures.

most recent update’s features and interface are much less user friendly, also photos of products do not load properly and stay at lowest picture quality
Pictures pixelises since last update
Pictures quality is very bad after the last update.. it’s a huge problem when choosing fabrics. Please fix this as soon as possible. Other than that, I love the app.
Cyrillic keyboard not supported
In the latest app update Cyrillic keyboard is not supported in the Search section while the description of the models is in Cyrillic which makes searching impossible, please have a look.
New update release
The app interface is worse since the last update, pictures are worse quality, wishlist does not show sizes hence you have to open every item in order to see, removing favorite item was easier with the trash bin-button etc…
