They never answered my mails asking for a higher level, they say they have so many emails to answer but they never answer. I have been saying to the app “to easy” but the routine does not change. I have paid one year and in a month I see there is nobody back there. No one cares… At the moment I am looking for another app, let’s hope there is someone in charge.

this app does not fit my expectations at all. the charging fee policy is an abuse they charge next month with out notifying you and it is imposible to get a refund. totally scam.
