This app has very misleading fee structures. They sell you on changing your life in 90 days etc, and charge you a nominal amount to join. In the very very small print they bury info on higher charges ongoing. Then after 3 months, without any email warning, they start charging $45usd to your card. Customer service is useless, and they will not refund your money. B E W A R E and avoid at all costs
My young nephews mistakenly bought this app on my phone thinking I would just get emails and spam(this was not the only app, in total the bought 6 fitness apps and a couple of others) I asked to cancel the app via email within 2 hours and asked to be refunded the money explaining the situation. Their response was to cancel me (thank you) but their ‘policy’ does not allow a refund. However they did offer me the app (which I didn’t want) for free (apart from the fact I’ve already paid for it?) I didn’t use the app at all. I only opened it to find out how to cancel it. Apparently their refund policy is so comprehensive as to foresee cheeky children and plan for it. While I understand it’s is a business I did not use the product. Great customer response Emilie and team. Way to show you’re caring about the consumer rather than the money. All the other apps have refunded me my money by the way . Adam

Due to an accident I cancelled my subscription, ho no you’re still charging me. There’s nowhere on your web page or app I can cancel it, AGAIN. I’d like a follow up thanks, I’ve reached out to you, you follow up.
Terrible in app experience but worst of all YOU WILL KEEP PAYING FOR THIS APP EVEN AFTER YOU CANCEL.

I love this app already and I just started. I’ve tried lots of similar apps, but the difference about this app is that it has a real person showing you what to do and it counts down for you all you have to do it press start! Highly recommend!
The app kept showing me $15 till I reached the payment page but they deducted $30 from my account. I raised a complaint stating I haven’t used the services at all - so cancel my subscription and pay me back my full amount to which they canceled my subscription but informed me the money cannot be refunded. This outright fraudulent
Very disappointed love this app once it wont load keeps asking to purchase another year and another year i would like all my money back please
I paid for one year subscription 2 weeks ago. The app is now asking me to sign in again and purchase another subscription. I cannot seem to find a contact to help me restore the app without having to pay twice :(
