WHO IS THIS APP FOR?
The FitCoach app is developed specifically for people who care about their health and want to slim down and get in shape but don’t have enough time to go to the gym.
HOW TO START WITH FITCOACH?
Set your goals: weight loss, muscle gain, or being more active
Select the zone that you want to work on: belly, buttocks, legs, arms.
Enter your personal data such as age, height, weight, fitness level, etc.
HOW DOES IT WORK:
According to your goals and personal data, our intelligent algorithm will suggest a personalized workout plan – a combination of cardio, strength, recovery, and other exercises that will enable you to maximize your results.
Each week the workout plan will be updated according to your progress and feedback (were the previous workouts too easy or too difficult for you).
FitCoach integrates with the Health app to import Steps data from HealthKit to FitCoach.
FitCoach also integrates with the Fitbit app to import data from Fitbit to FitCoach.

SUBSCRIPTION INFO:
You can download the app for free. Further use requires a subscription. At our discretion, we may decide to offer you a free trial per the terms displayed in the app. Please note that:
When opting for a subscription, you pay the fixed price for your country, which is displayed in the app.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews and free trial automatically converts into subscription unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
When canceling a subscription or a free trial, your subscription/free trial will stay active until the end of the current period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but the current subscription will not be refunded.
In addition to the purchased subscription, we may offer you add-on items (e.g. fitness guides, VIP customer support service) for an additional fee, either one-off or recurrent. This purchase is optional: your subscription is not conditional on such a purchase. All such offers will be displayed in the app.

App not working at all
Ive emailed Fit coach Team, to date no reply … I’ve purchased this app on the 24 Feb 2024 and it still stuck on day 1. I’m tired of trying to get hold of anybody to assist. Please just refund me.

Really difficult if there’s no explanation with the moves

I paid for last year but I could not complete the exercise only log in, I don’t even think it were 10 times. It was not my fault, unexpected circumstances. This year I would really like to get value for my joining fees as I totally missed out last year. Looking forward to this year’s training program as I am a lot fitter and stronger than last year this time. Thanks

This app continues billing you without any authorization do not enter your card details

Great app however they tell you your subscription has been cancelled and all of a sudden you see amounts going off your account without you knowing or giving permission. That’s not cool.

This is a great app. I have an iphone and they work so well together. I love how you choose the days you want and there is every kind of workout you can choose from. I have just started but i really hope i can get some good results with this app. :)
Do not recommend at all
This app allows a free download. When you want to cancel the initial subscription; the cancel subscription button does not work. The app then takes your money because you cannot unsubscribe - definite NO NO NO !
Scam
It's a scam. Does not show payment necessity upfront...first they grab a whole lot of your personal data and then tell you to pay for a program. No transparency that you must pay for this app. Crooks! Go away. Dishonest and disgusting way to spend your life energy.
Very disappointing- auto renewal clauses and limited customer control
Incredibly disappointed and let down by this app. I ordered a one month trial at $29.99 and wasn’t made explicitly aware this has a built in auto renewal which you then get hit with again and have to go down a 100 backend tunnels to find the auto opt out button. Total BS! The second thing is you can’t revisit or view the workout videos from the day before or the upcoming day so if you can’t get to the day you’re on it’s just “gone”. No sense of customer autonomy and control. It has great videos and user videos but above just puts me off so buy this with caution!!
