I took the app for a try out , before the month was over they already took the money for a year , they came with an offer that I could use it for a lifetime but now we are one year further and I can’t use the app anymore , so don’t try it !!

Don’t subscribe with these shady frauds. They TRICK you into a lasting PAYING OBLIGATION using SMALL PRINT, when you think you’re only singing up for a cheaper trial period. They don’t give a heads up that a new period is coming, but bill you first and only tell you when you’re already to late, effectively STEALING YOUR MONEY for a service that you’re already not using for a long period of time. Please DON’T SPONSOR these THIEVES!

It is not like the story. I see the preview acreens in dutch, but no dutch in the app after paying. No sync with agenda and also only very complicated meals and snack so hard to combine with workday-life Don’t like it. What a shame

Zonder voor aankondiging wordt automatisch je abonnement verlengd voor het dubbele tarief. Dan wordt er uiteraard verwezen naar de kleine lettertjes. Geen aanrader dus!

It’s a trap! First they offer a cheap version for a short period of time and after this period, you somewhere magically agreed on a full membership. There’s now confirmation per email or in the app or anything to give you a heads-up. By the end of the month you’ll find a certain amount that they’ve stolen from your bankaccount. Nothing that they could do to help you, but offering a lifetime free use of the app which you already didn’t use in the first place. Never seen the small letters that I agreed on this. Just received it per mail for the first time from Emilie, after I noticed that they keep taking money every month! And also before I complained, nowhere to be found how to stop this! She told me that she would stop the account, which I never agreed up on in the first place. How is this even legal?! Very nasty business going on here!

Got this app for a week now, it works nicely and it gives you plans to make a regular schedule. It isn’t to focus on 1 body part but to workout everything. I see a lot of people calling it a scam that you have to pay, it’s a subscription app, just cause a lot of apps are free doesn’t mean those who aren’t are scams! And I hear people scream they can’t unsubscribe, I got the trial, went to the unsubscribe button, there pressed cancel, and now it won’t auto renew after the month. So it should work fine. I believe most 1 star reviews aren’t worth a review.

First the positive: lot of different training plans to choose from. I like the facial training as that does not need a lot of explaining and is thus easy to do. Main negative: Exercises are explained only by one or two pictures per exercise. No guidance or explanation on how to execute the exercise correctly. The comments are only motivational which is of course a quite cheap way to provide comments as you can use the same recording over and over again for each exercise… This makes the app only suited for persons with extensive training experience who al ready know exactly how to execute all the exercises correctly without risks of injury and who only need a exercise plan.
