Bring back the Russian language
I think it would be unfair to remove the Russian language. For example, I don't speak English. I want to end my subscription and ask for a refund for this year.

HOW TO START WITH FITCOACH?
Set your goals: weight loss, muscle gain, or being more active
Select the zone that you want to work on: belly, buttocks, legs, arms.
Enter your personal data such as age, height, weight, fitness level, etc.
HOW DOES IT WORK:
According to your goals and personal data, our intelligent algorithm will suggest a personalized workout plan – a combination of cardio, strength, recovery, and other exercises that will enable you to maximize your results.
Each week the workout plan will be updated according to your progress and feedback (were the previous workouts too easy or too difficult for you).
FitCoach integrates with the Health app to import Steps data from HealthKit to FitCoach.
FitCoach also integrates with the Fitbit app to import data from Fitbit to FitCoach.

SUBSCRIPTION INFO:
You can download the app for free. Further use requires a subscription. At our discretion, we may decide to offer you a free trial per the terms displayed in the app. Please note that:
When opting for a subscription, you pay the fixed price for your country, which is displayed in the app.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews and free trial automatically converts into subscription unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
When canceling a subscription or a free trial, your subscription/free trial will stay active until the end of the current period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but the current subscription will not be refunded.
In addition to the purchased subscription, we may offer you add-on items (e.g. fitness guides, VIP customer support service) for an additional fee, either one-off or recurrent. This purchase is optional: your subscription is not conditional on such a purchase. All such offers will be displayed in the app.

How can I get in touch with support. Can't find anywhere to contact this company.
Steal!
I subscribed for a month package to try the app for a 10 Euros plan, because no free trial options were open. I never used the app afterwards and deleted it. Only to find out that they have been deducting 40 Euros every month since then for no reason! I nvr subscribed to a higher package and I was under the impression that I stopped the subscription to begin with! Give me my money back! 😡
Expensive entry into more expensive options
Extremely basic exercises and meal plans, pushing extremely expensive extra “guides” if you want more information. It’s like paying to get inside the store.

No animations, no choices for free , no it’s not a costumer service issue. It’s a you don’t get what you pay for issue . I payed monthly. I got 2 choices for workout!! And then the packs are 30 + more for choosing. No great anime but it dos not exist on the app . There are literally MORE info on commercial than on the app!!!
Programmene krasjer
Etter 3 uker hvor jeg har vært superfornøyd, har program begynt å krasje. Får gjort kun en øvelse før appen lukker seg. Andre program laster ikke inn øvelsene - her kommer beskjed om at internett ikke er tilgjengelig og jeg må bare gå videre til neste øvelse. Denne beskjeden kommer opp på annenhver øvelse og treningsøkten blir ufullstendig!

!! Cheaper in-app plan options available!!
When I went into settings on my iPhone to cancel my (impulse) subscription to a monthly plan, I found that there are LOADS of various prices for the same monthly plan I had purchased, many of them for less than half the price I had paid when I opted into the in-app purchase of a monthly “personalized” plan… 😒 scam!
