Please help me to cancel the subscription. I hate it

Be careful - I did not receive any email or notification about Auto-renewal and I was charged and I never used the App.

I have no problem with the app. But they use every trick in the book to make it look like it’s a once off payment but you are signing up for a subscription. I was cleverly sold a 3 month package, (due to me not reading the small print) then it renewed for another 3 months. I tried to ask for a refund on the same day it renewed and I was refused. Great business model. Poor attitude towards customers.

This is a very dishonest business that use slight of marketing hand to trick you into a month commitment via trial . Not unique in the digital world , but this is the most dishonourable effort I have seen so far . Pity because the app and programs look good It’s very hard to cancel so I will give you the small print instructions . Even ease of cancelling is dishonestly hidden in ux / Ui If you don’t want to be billed, you need to cancel your subscription in “Account settings” on the website. To do that, please go to fit-coach.io > click on 'Login' to access your account > click on your profile picture > click on 'Subscriptions'. When you get to subscriptions you even have to toggle the packages to surface the cancel button It’s a really horrible experience, dishonest marketing and a real con job of a sign up process .

Purchased special offer for 1 month and then when I put all my details in , it’s looking for a yearly subscription! When I go into restore purchase it’s saying I have none . Frustrating and annoying would not use this app and I want to cancel and get a refund .

This app isn’t a coach, it doesn’t have Fitbit integration, it’s not actually possible to track steps despite having a button for it. It sends you for a 2 minute warm up walk Before stretches, assuming everybody has somewhere to do the stretches in the middle of busy areas. The meals are missing prep steps and the options for tracking are so poor. It completely misses that some people cook for 1 and will have the same meal 4 days running as a result of prep. I could go on but this app will do nothing for you except waste your money and increase your blood pressure.

This app has billed my account twice for 30.99 euro after I had canceled the subscription. Now the cancellation option is not working. I hope costumer services will help refund this. Will update this review when I get a response. IT IS NOT SHOWING IP IN MY APPLE SUBSCRIPTION

I purchased a 1 month subscription. At least that is what I thought. Please be aware that you enter into a rolling subscription agreement!!!! The worst however is that the “cancel subscription” button in the app doesn’t work. FitCoach make it extremely difficult to cancel your subscription. Please check out trustpilot for customer reviews. This paints a very different picture than the amazing 4.4 rating in the App Store. Stay away from this app!!!!!!!
