I have used this app about 20 days. The workouts are nice and really do the job. However, now the app is losing all my history and not recording my new daily weights. First I had a workout glitch and jump from the start to the end so it was basically useless. Then within a day or two my weight history disappeared and will not let me record new weights daily. Then the very next day I lost all progress and restarted from day 1 of training. So overall the app is nice and would work good if it didn’t have so many bugs and issues. I would suggest finding something different to use.

Just another underhanded cash grab. Automatic rollover to paid subscription with no notifications or indications of the change or subscription payments. Avoid and if you’ve already downloaded cancel and check your bank statements carefully

I decided to give this app a try on my fitness journey. Unfortunately, I did not find it helpful. That’s no big deal- it wasn’t for me. However, once they billed me even after I cancelled my services and refuse to refund me- now we have a problem!

You only respond with “we provide all plan details” and avoid answering the question why is cancellation link so difficult to find. I searched multiple times for link to cancel and very difficult to find unless you have an hour to spend searching. Your intent can only be make it difficult to find so you can get another month or two of subscription fees. I finally cancelled day before renewal and was still charged another monthly subscription fee RESPONSE to Fitbit. Yes there is print somewhere that says what all the billing details are, no one disputes that. The scam part is you intentionally make it so that a user cannot find the location in your web site or app to cancel your service. Users be aware that when you sit down to cancel subscription, you better allow for at least one hour to search on various blogs to figure out how to cancel, plus follow up chats and then write it all down so you can repeat the process the following month if needed. The scam is hiding the cancel subscription process

These con artists are sneaky about autopay for their subscription and then says it’s non refundable. I contacted them same day within hours of the charge and they told me tough luck. You’re better off using YouTube or finding free workout advice online as the meal plans and workouts aren’t that great to begin with. For what they charge you could actually go spend money on a LEGITIMATE fitness app.

This app is just wut I need to get the bulk I need to improve on my health and strength. Very reliable👌🏿👌🏿🔥

Make sure you read the fine print. The money back guarantee is only for technical issues or if you see any visible results which they have several ways to deny your claim. Their meal plan is a joke. Very limited and you need a lot of time or a personal chef to keep up with it. The app just doesn’t cut it for the real world. 1/10 - would not recommend

As soon as I logged in my plan disappeared

I cancelled my subscription in the app and was billed again in the next billing cycle. I emailed customer service that I had cancelled the subscription 3 months ago in the app and requested a refund. They told me they had no record of the cancellation and would not refund my money. I recommend emailing them and getting a confirmation of cancellation, otherwise they’ll bill you again and keep your money.
