One of the worst app ever
User Interface of the 90s, service offered very limited, and not user friendly at all - as the overall HSBC experience in UAE
Slow and outdated
An app from HSBC is supposed to be state of the art. However, it is the opposite. 1) slow. The app is super slow. 2) design outdated, heavy and not functional. 3) not possibility to integrate with personal finance apps.
Not working with ios 12
Very old graphic design. Is not working with iOS 12 Update it.
Useless
Most of the time it’s not working! No way to open the App opsolate!
No external transfer
It's impossible to make international transfers. From my point of view it's useless.

Connection sucks. Layout is horrible and not user friendly. No Touch ID. EDIT. ASAP.

Awful obsolete '90looking interface, no graph that could show your balance history or your expenses statistics, very mechanic to log in and manage, non intuitive and some crash too. Probably the worst bank app ever!
