The app works and backend never gives any issue. But compared to HSBC singapore app this is far away - an example using biometrics (face ID) to log in. It needs a refresh please
The app needs an upgrade in order to be utilized well. For example, some of the cards I am using had switched to rebate instead of rewards points, hence, I don't need to know my points anymore rather what I need is to know how much spending I need to utilize my rebates. Plus a transaction history of rebate will be a good feature so we can keep track if all our transactions that should earn rebate are accounted.
Despite being a known international bank, their app is nothing but a literal copy of website banking, it doesn’t even have lock card feature that provides extra layer of protection for card users like me, so disappointing.
The app is so outdated that it doesn’t afford HSBC credit card holders enough security. Due to technological advancements, the number of hacked and compromised credit cards have also increased. RCBC’s app address this perfectly by allowing their app users to lock/unlock their cards with ease. HSBC’s app not only lacks security features for credit card holders, it also lacks an OTP feature. Sincerely considering cancelling my card because I don’t feel safe.
this apps is very old format, also very slow. there is no major improvements in overall settings, unlike the hsbc here in ksa the apps is so good and modern. Please update this apps just try to look to the other banks apps to have a better idea.
awful app
Not a good app, starting from logging in to its features. Lately, I can no longer log in.
Now that Citi PH is gone, I think HSBC should level up their mobile banking game to attract more retail and wealth customers in the Philippines that prefers to have an account with an international bank. Take this opportunity while Unionbank customers, previously Citi, are having issues with transitioning to Unionbank.
HSBC needs a new app. It looks like the app came out in the year 2000 and is still being used in 2024. It is not user-friendly to navigate. We hope HSBC hears the feedback from their customers using the app.
