HSBC for EG, PH, SL

Pretty out dated. Not in international online banking standers.

HSBC other countries have a nicer and speedy app, like UK, EU, UAE etc. this app is completely different to their interface and user experience.

So so bad. Nothing makes sense. The communications on the app don’t agree to the letters you send me.

Stone Age app , HSBC just don’t care with people investment’s.

Completely useless. I have been unable to get notifications of transactions as thesestopped suddenly . I went through all relevant problem solving . Ensured all buttons turned on , installed and uninstalled the app twice however the problem persisted. I then contacted the chat on line option to resolve this then was advised to phone the call centre, both kept repeating the same thing. Uninstall and reinstall and ensure all turned on( which in did 4 times to no avail i was then advised to phone back in a week. The worst app and helpline for a mobile banking App.

Great app but it would be really useful to also see pending transactions. Thanks

The new app looks nice but looks aren’t everything. Very hit and miss with display of pending transactions. Some days they show, most days they don’t. The app often hangs when opening and when it does, it is slow to open. At best, the app is disappointing. Not what you’d expect from a major international bank.

I have been using this app everyday and i used to check my balance after paying all the bills. Now that feature has been removed. I could change my amount of pay bills from "manage bills” and now all i see when i have paid my bills with amount. That feature helped me a lot to see how much i will save end of the month. I would like to go back to the old version so can you help me how please?

I’m using this app to access my account in the PH. Compare with other HSBC apps i.e. in the UK, the UI, latency and how the account is accessed using biometrics is way much user friendly. No external token! It will be a game changer if HSBC will transition to new app for better user experience.

You are way behind new apps updates!! Nowadays all banks using Face ID for easy login..less typing..less time and less hassle, honestly creating a mobile app banking it’s not just it…ask any customer fro UK, EU, US all other part of the world and then you may notice how bad is your app, you need to do something about it…simply just YouTube how othe banks app works in rest of the world and then you may notice how poor is your service.
