HSBC for EG, PH, SL

This app is so old and looks really bad. No biometric authentication. Please update the interface.

This app doesn’t look like it’s been updated in years. It is barely functional compared to the HSBC UK app. Expat customers seem to have been abandoned.

HSBC n’éprouve peu ou pas d’intérêt pour ses clients. En temps que particulier ou PME Ce n‘est pas la banque qui vous accompagne. Vous y serez considéré comme gênant.

Installing not possible, function not.

I get a message to install latest app version but the app store says i have already the latest!

Come on. I am trying to install the latest version from the App Store and I am getting the error message. Please install the latest version. Not good! 😒

This app and the whole HSBc online banking system is as impractical and nonsensical as it gets. Not only does it ask you to handle multiple passwords that have almost identical names, such as "Digital Security Password" and "Online Security Password", the slightest mistake requires an endless phone call to one of HSBC's call centers and makes you enter up to 10 different information to "identify" yourself. I really try to see the security aspect here, but this is clearly the worst digital experience on the market.

HSBC stays true to themselves and provides an experience as awful as their normal banking experience. The app does not allow to transfer money to other people's accounts and is hence useless.
