HSBC for EG, PH, SL

The worst Bank App I ever seen in my life, HSBC you know how to take money from people but you don’t know how to spend to give them quality products.

Very limited operation available . No chance to send money to a new account number. No option to create new transfer No history available Very very poor app made by very very big bank :(

After latest update, I cannot get the token code based on the my password. Application allow to enter only 9 symbols of password, but I have longer one. Because if that I cannot login to internet banking and I also cannot do any transactions. In the previous version everything was fine.

Pretty out dated. Not in international online banking standers.

HSBC other countries have a nicer and speedy app, like UK, EU, UAE etc. this app is completely different to their interface and user experience.

So so bad. Nothing makes sense. The communications on the app don’t agree to the letters you send me.

Stone Age app , HSBC just don’t care with people investment’s.

Completely useless. I have been unable to get notifications of transactions as thesestopped suddenly . I went through all relevant problem solving . Ensured all buttons turned on , installed and uninstalled the app twice however the problem persisted. I then contacted the chat on line option to resolve this then was advised to phone the call centre, both kept repeating the same thing. Uninstall and reinstall and ensure all turned on( which in did 4 times to no avail i was then advised to phone back in a week. The worst app and helpline for a mobile banking App.

Great app but it would be really useful to also see pending transactions. Thanks

The new app looks nice but looks aren’t everything. Very hit and miss with display of pending transactions. Some days they show, most days they don’t. The app often hangs when opening and when it does, it is slow to open. At best, the app is disappointing. Not what you’d expect from a major international bank.
