This apps is very helpful, esp when I was still waiting for my debit card to arrive!

Dodgy - forced to accept paperless statements to continue with setting up the app! Forced to accept paperless statements, now it says I have hit the 3 decide limit… with my 1 device. Apple needed it wiped and that means HSBC apparently sees it at multiple devices. Need to go back to other devices to sort, or deal with Customer ‘services’. There are no other devices! Just great! Typical of what I have come to expect of HSBC.

This is so fast and easy way to transfer without any stress i just enjoy it thank you.

Clear information which makes it easy to check my balance and transactions. I can also make payments to payees and transfers to my other accounts quickly and easily. It also alerts me when I make a payment which I find reassuring as I would know immediately if a fraudster had gained access to my account or my debit card .

I have been using this app for number of years and I highlight one greatest thing is that I can use it every country have no issue whatsoever , somehow after a new phone number updated I was not able to login to my account with mobile banking and online banking,as I was told a phone number update will take 7days to update in their system, hey is modern world , which bank took 7days to update a phone number ? So I will have to wait for that amount of time not able to checking my account at the same time does not know what happens after 7days .

So nice app

Have been with HSBC for just over a year and their branch service is very good but would prefer premier banking to be better and not put through to overseas call centres
