المندوب ياخذ اكثر من طلب. تطبيق سيء

I ordered at 1:46 and it’s 3:24 now and my food is only now leaving the shop…as a delivering service you should do better. And even with this, they will not return my money even though I rightfully deserve to get it back. I’m paying 9-18 riyals for delivery services and it takes them around 2 hours if not more to arrive

I made an order. They didn’t deliver and they didn’t refund. This is stealing.

Drivers always late to pick up orders. Happened many times.

Extremely untrained customer service. Automated reply’s. I have never ordered from the market and got my order right WARNING NEVER ORDER FRUITS AND VEG ALWAYS ROTTEN If item missing they will send you an automated message saying we will contact the restaurant.. what restaurant I ordered I have never left a review on an app before. So disrespectful I had to write this

Nice effort, could be better

What’s the point of having an app that displays restaurant and food options while not allowing ANY selection to be enabled?! Labeling all options as “Busy” is beyond offensive and is truly a waste of time. To the developers: learn from the elite apps (without naming any) to better serve your users! Sharing this as an app developer myself.

The order took so long to be received! More than expected!!

On August 18th, I placed a grocery order through the app. When it arrived, one of the items was incorrect. After searching for a long time on the app, I submitted a complaint. Nothing. I tried to return the items to the store - they wouldn’t take them and said I had to contact HS. Ever since then, I have been writing an email AND submitting an online complaint - EVERY DAY. In response, I have received 4 emails. Every single email has asked me to “explain the problem”, or send pictures, both of which I have done, multiple times. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!

تم الاعلان عن كوبون من احد البنوك عبر منصاتهم الرسمية و بعد اعلان الكوبون ب نصف ساعة فقط حاولنا الطلب و لم يعمل الكوبون مع استيفاء جميع الشروط و عند التحدث الى خدمة العملاء تعذر لان العدد المخصص قد انتهى خلال نصف ساعة من الاعلان
