Very disappointed. Never pay online because you can never refund the money. I did everything to communicate with them, issued ticket, talked to their representative but nothing happened and no investigation or action taken. So that’s the reason why they don’t put any contact number, because they will never give you refund. I don’t care anymore if I don’t get my refund back. It’s just money, I can earn it but it says a lot about your integrity and service. Be ashamed when saying Allah’s name. You are dishonest and greedy! I hope your company shuts down. Treat your customers like that and I’m sure your company won’t stay long, you greedy people.

I always order here until one time that my order was cancel, i got the driver who is rude and no patience in location. He lied that he cant contact me, wherein we are communicating in whatsapp and even phone calls. So he cancel my order just because he cant locate my location properly, he is new. He cancel my order and the hunger-station also did not refund my money its because the driver is the one who cancel not the system. And you will just feel helpless. No money and No food arrive. TOTAL HARAM. Never again. And a lot experience an issue like this i just saw now in the reviews. NEVER use hungerstation again.👎👎👎

I placed and paid online for the order. Driver called me he will come after 30minutes. Then he called back and I was not able to answer after 9minutes I called back and he said he is waiting outside. When i go out, he is not there and he is telling order was cancelled. It is very not fair. I will not order from hungerstation again. If you want costumer satisfaction. You should be patient enough. Money was not refunded in my account.

Don't order from this app. There is no COD option in their payment method. If you pay thru online and some items are removed from your order they will not refund your money back. They will just tell you that it is already refunded on their part but the money is not sent in your account. Thieves!! ZERO STAR!!!

If you put on the note that it is not allowed for motorcycle to deliver inside the area, they will still send someone on a motorbike and you will not have any choice but to cancel your order because they cannot deliver it. They will also not return your money back.

Bad experience and the costumer service he didn’t help you to fix the problem.

i did subscribe for their H plus memebership it was good as you do not have to pay for delivery charge. but then when i want to cancel the membership i was surprise, there is no button for cancelling. its either you have to pay for you subscription or choose another kind like for one year or 6mos subscription. and the surprising part is they put it as auto renew where in they will charge you directly and deduct the amount from your bank. so what i did is i deleted my account. because i can not see how to resolve this. this is like they scam you by putting auto renew.

The driver is so nice

The worst app. They are theft. They have a HARAM policy. I ordered groceries but the time delayed it takes longer than I expected. I contacted their help center to cancel my order because I need to go to my work but they told me they cannot cancel my order because it’s in progress already. I ordered early because I know I have a work. The driver arrived at my house which is the time I am already in my work place. He told me he’s not his fault also for the delayed. In this case they have also a fault not only me they should put into a consideration but because if their HARAM policy they stoled my money without taking any item. 259.74sr it’s a big amount for me. I SWEAR TO GOD this kind of company will never success.

You already taking delivery charge to your costumers and you still adding price on each items on all mercants. 😡😡😡
