Delivery guy today refuses to deliver at gate We have to go to the parking to get our order !

Their customers servic lenis not taking any call or message.

I ordered one hour ago. The driver is sitting in the car without Moving eating his lunch for the past hour. There is nothing I can do about it.

Worst service ever. Ordered a simple menu from Mcdonalds, waited for 2 hours (!!) so that the delivery guy calls me and says he is on the way and then calls back asking what I ordered !! He doesn’t even have the order. 2 hours lost for free. And cherry on the cake, no support service at all, none whatsoever. Highly highly deceived

At first I liked this app a lot but now I am very disappointed, I ordered 2 times and the orders never arrived, the restaurants cancelled without any reasons. I didn’t receive full refund of one of my orders till now.

مافي مكان نكتب فيه ان الطلب خطا يعني استخلف الله والتوصيل مرره غالي ولا يشمل المطاعم الي نستخدم جدا محدود

The delivery fee should not be a fixed amount and should be calculated in the distance between house and restaurant.
