الدعم سيئ جداً وبعض المندوبين سيئين
يجيبوا طلب ناقص ولا يعوضوك وتكلم الدعم يقولون نعتذر فقط ويصرفونك
Never ever again
If I didn’t pay for the one year subscription I would’ve never kept it so far! Better to use other delivery apps.

لو فيه اقل من نجمة كنت حطيتها
منع حسابي من هنقر
انا اتعامل مع هنقر من ٣ سنوات تقريباً و دفعت قيمة الاشتراك من اجل التوصيل المجاني اشتراك سنه ١١٠ ريال وتم منع حسابي من هنقر و انا لا اعلم ما السبب تحدثت مع احد الموظفين ولا ذكر لي السبب قالي اطلع على بنود الخدمة كيف لي ان اعرف السبب و انا لا اعلم اريد توضيح فقط!!
اسوء سياسه
فجأة بدون سبب حطوا منع لحسابي ولا قادره اطلب منه وانا مدري واحسب مشكلة بسيطه واشتركت بهنقر بلس احسب عادي بقدر اطلب اخر شي قالو في منع ماتقدرين طيب كيف تخلوني اشترك وانتو حاطين منع!!!!!!
