I can’t Cancel my order

Complete waste of time for non arabic speakers, don’t even bother. They have no criteria for riders, delivering food after one hour when its too cold to eat and charging full amount, no option for live chat ! No return option

Worse food delivery app ever , after one hour of waiting for food that was suppose to reach in 25 minute . The order got canceled and with no notification from the app or the restaurant . And there’s no way to talk to customer service .

خدمة رائعة و استجابة سريعة و حل مهم لاحتياجات الناس

طلبت من كويك سوبر ماركت ولم يتم التواصل معي حيث انه تم الغتواصل مع السائق وقال لي لقد تم الغاء الطلب من هنقرستيشن واخذ المبلغ من الفيزا والغاء الطلب وعدم استرجاع المبلغ وحيث انني لم اطلب من المطعم بل كان طلبي من السوبر ماركت ولم يتم التواصل معي الا ثالث يوم من تقديمي شكوى فالمتوجب ان يخصم قيمة الديلفري ويتم استرجاع مبلغ الطلب ولكن تم ابلاغي بان الطلب استرجع ولن يتم استرجاع مع العلم ام يتم التواصل معي ولو تم التواصل لقد وضعت عنواني الكامل مع رقم الفندق ورقم الطابق والشقه ان لم يتم الرد يجب على السائق ان يحظر لمكان الاقامه والسوال واعطائي الطلب الرجاء النظر لهذه الشكوى

App was not accepting any customer service requests and agents are not available to accept voice communications Money is lost in this bad experience !! Very disappointed with HungerStation

The hire none English or Arabic speakers so good luck. There is no means to communicate with the customer support. Services like this makes you can’t wait for any competitor to come and take over.

Hey watch out from this app! I placed an order no one contacted me order never showed up! I contacted the agent no use I contacted the call center they said he tried contacting me and they closed the chat!! No refund money gone lol worst ever even a star is big for them
