I ordered food from Hunger station when i was very sick. Before I made the order I also have to submit my address on the app. I paid 100 SAR ++ using Apple Paid. Later my order was canceled and I tried to reach out to the App customer service (Muhammed) to get my money back. Muhammed said the order cannot be refunded because the delivery guy cannot reach me on my phone. Its robbery!! The delivery guy could have drop it in front of my villa or with my security. My address are already in the system but they are just making excuses! My security doesn’t even see any delivery guy coming to the compound. They are full of scammers and lying ! Do not order your food online with this App! Or you will lose your money !

I order the food from the restaurant and note to restaurant, but when I received the food, it’s not follow the note at all. When I ask for refund, they said that it was the policy that even if the restaurant does not follow the note there’ll be no refund. How can you think of the policy like that? For example if I order food and ask not to put peanut in it because I’m allergic to peanut so it’s fine even if I received food with peanut and waste money for food that I can’t even eat it!!? Must use another application instead! This is not the first time for this poor service and policy!

يجيبوا طلب ناقص ولا يعوضوك وتكلم الدعم يقولون نعتذر فقط ويصرفونك

If I didn’t pay for the one year subscription I would’ve never kept it so far! Better to use other delivery apps.
