When trying to set it, gives an error ”update your gateway to the latest version”. But app says gateway has the latest version. So this ends up to endless loop

Kadottaa laitteet yksi kerrallaan pari kertaa vuodessa..automaatiot ei myöskään toimi jos päivityksen jälkeen ei ole avannut appia ja painanut ok ilmoitukseen päivityksen onnistumisesta. Halpa ja hyvä on harvoin samassa paketissa, mutta tässä tapauksessa verhot ei olleet mitenkään halvat, niin kuvittelisi Appinkin olevan linjassa. Päivityksiä tulee..vanhat ongelmat ei poistu mutta uusia tulee lisää. Kokonaisuutena yksi huonoimpia tekeleitä mihin on sotkeutunut.

The UI of Home Smart 1 has been made overly complex. The user problem this app solves is simple, yet the UI makes menial tasks annoyingly difficult. A lot less UI is needed to view and edit a list of lists (album/photo, playlist/song pattern, anyone?). I could live without using the app for anything but adding devices - but that is where bugs ruin the show. I keep adding lights and remotes that will not add to a group, and won’t work. Removing and re-adding lights doesn’t solve it either, and remotes just stop working, too. So … I’m left with about 400€ worth of lights, gateways and remotes that don’t form a functioning whole. The quality aspect of smart lighting may not have been taken seriously enough at Ikea: people are used to lights ”just working”. Ikea Smart lights do not.

What does the number stand for? Will there be version 2? The app works pretty great, but support for non Ikea Zigbee devices is lacking

The length of rise and shine should be adjustable or at least there should be no limitations to the amount of timers so you could make a quicker rise and shine yourself. The color atthe beginning should also be more red and yellowish white in the end.

… but a blind should be able to be associated to more than one group. Otherwise fine.

Cannot buy more ikea bulbs because there’s no support for adaptive lighting

After being user for many years and adding over 30 devices this version finally seems to be decent without major problems. One thing I still miss. Please make the wake up timers or schedulers remember the color shade that has been setup instead of using color that was last time used. For example I like to wake up to a white light 4000k and go to bed with warmer shade 2700k. If i use the timer next day it will start with 2700k.
