Can't activate my app they're unable to identify my passport, when my passport is confirmed the app suddenly crashed and i have to start all over

Yes, your banking is done via a secured connection. No personal details are stored on your phone or tablet. If you always use the latest version of the app, you enjoy optimal security and the latest features.
Activation only takes a moment
You don’t need much to activate the app. Just a Dutch current account at ING, access to My ING and a valid identity document. This can be a passport, an ID card from the EU, an ID card for foreign nationals, a Dutch residence permit or a driver’s license.

I couldn’t type my birth location. Please fix it
Can’t recognise my passport
Tried scanning my passport for hours and didn’t succeed. I gave up and decided to open a rekening at other bank.
CANT ACTIVATE APP ON NEW PHONE
I HAVE TRIED 3 DIFFERENT LIGHTING CONDITIONS TO NO AVAIL TO ACTIVATE MY APP. THE APP DOES NOT WANT TO SCAN MY INDONESIAN PASSPORT. WHEN THE APP COULD SCAN/IDENTIFY MY PASSPORT (GREEN LIGHT) NOTHING WOULD HAPPEN. I TRIED FOR THREE HOURS. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. THE ONLY TWO TIMES THAT IT DID WORK, OUT OF 3 HOURS OF TRYING TO ACTIVATE MY APP, THEY ASK FOR A PASSPORT CHIP. NOT ALL PASSPORTS ARE EUROPEAN, AND NOT ALL PASSPORTS HAVE CHIPS. I WAS USING MY ING APP ON MY OLD IPHONE (IPHONE X) AND COULDNT LOG IN ONCE I SWITCHED TO A NEWER IPHONE (IPHONE 13). I WAS A DUTCH HIGHLY SKILLED MIGRANT RESIDENT IN THE NETHERLANDS FOR 4 YEARS (ALSO USING ING) AND HAD NO PROBLEM. I HAVE NOW MOVED AWAY, AND THUS HAVE REVOKED MY DUTCH RESIDENCY AND ALL OTHER DUTCH IDS. I AM STILL WORKING FOR MY DUTCH EMPLOYEE AND BEING PAID THROUGH ING. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO USE MY ING IF I CANT EVEN ACCESS IT????? ITS NOT AN ISSUE OF “BAD LIGHTING” OR LACK OF BETTER PHONE. ITS LACK OF INCLUSIVITY. PLEASE FIX. NOT ALL OF YOUR USERS ARE DUTCH/DUTCH RESIDENT USERS!!! I TRIED REPORTING FOR ERROR TWICE ON THE APP BUT I GOT A “SYSTEM FEEDBACK ERROR” MESSAGE. — Reply: yes I have! Only worked twice. The first time the app said that it will get back to me in 10 minutes to which nothing happened and i didnt get any notifications even after I selected to receive notification. The second time my photo(S) did not work after multiple tries on different plain/neutral backgrounds (I used plain white paper, plain white wall, plain white floor tiles) and lighting settings (direct sunlight, indirect sunlight, with and without phone flash). This is extremely infuriating.
