• Want to fix something quickly? Like blocking your card or changing your address? Just do it in the app, it’s easy as pie.
• Don’t have an ING account yet? Open one in the app.
Are my details safe and secure in the app?
Yes, your banking is done via a secured connection. No personal details are stored on your phone or tablet. If you always use the latest version of the app, you enjoy optimal security and the latest features.
Activation only takes a moment
You don’t need much to activate the app. Just a Dutch current account at ING, access to My ING and a valid identity document. This can be a passport, an ID card from the EU, an ID card for foreign nationals, a Dutch residence permit or a driver’s license.

I have been using the ING app for a long time until one day I was locked out of ANY access into my account because after the ING app was updated to a newer version my device had become unsupported. So without any notice or warning I lost access to my money!!! It is outrageous that the ING thinks they can just cut off their client from access to their money for indefinite period of time until an alternative method of login into account is sorted out. And good luck with that. I have experienced a vicious circle of "customer care" when you are being redirected from one human "robot" to another just to learn they cannot help you. Truly the worst banking service I have ever experienced!

Vandaag loopt het menu achter het oog vast met een draaiend pauze rad, handig als je spaarrekening zichtbaar wilt maken om daar geld vanaf te halen #%$, maak gewoon een werkende app zonder onzinnige opties. Na de app update van 12 juni schotelt ING je een meerkeuzevraag voor bij het afsluiten. ING alsjeblieft wees professioneel en luister naar wat jullie klanten werkelijk willen. Onderstaande punten zijn ongewijzigd en storend. 1: Betaalpas en creditkaart die midden in beeld staan kun je niet verbergen. 2: Het menu achter het oog om onderdelen te verbergen is traag en onlogisch. 3: Creditkaart saldo is niet direct zichtbaar. 4: Veelvuldig zinloze reklame. 5: Te lage rente over spaargeld.
