Slow, confusing and unpredictable
The app takes a long time to open and without clear prompt uses Face ID. The buttons don’t work with a 4g connection. And on top of that when sending money you need to press the back arrow. Horrible experience

Yes, your banking is done via a secured connection. No personal details are stored on your phone or tablet. If you always use the latest version of the app, you enjoy optimal security and the latest features.
Activation only takes a moment
You don’t need much to activate the app. Just a Dutch current account at ING, access to My ING and a valid identity document. This can be a passport, an ID card from the EU, an ID card for foreign nationals, a Dutch residence permit or a driver’s license.

Downloading the last app version for IOS 12
Excellent app and happy customer! However, I cannot download the last version of IOS 12! Please help!
There is a problem with the taxed country registration
When trying to register a second tax country when creating an account, the id input field has some problem that makes it impossible to enter the id most of the time and when it does let you the text is written inverted so I had to write my id starting from the end. This problem took me 2 hours of my time. Also it doesn’t let you create an account with an Spanish ID, it just stays loading when you try.
