I appreciate the app but… However, following recent iOS 17.0.3 update, whenever I manually enter a dosage, it seems to stall. The only way I can get back is to close the app and reopen it. The manual input still gets reported but still an inconvenience.

Crashes, slow to load. Over all in the last 3 years I’ve been satisfied. Just needs an update to be more reliable now.

Love my InPen. Have used it for 3 years. The app as progressively become more buggy, slow, crashes.

This app is good overall but there is one major annoyance. If you adjust your basal insulin regularly, it is very time consuming to input the alternate amount because the time has to be specified each time. The log long acting notification should include an option to “log different amount at usual time” which would be a huge time saver for me.

Why is this app rated 12+? Should be lower.

This is an awesome invention and app it keeps me more aware than ever even with me having a Dexcom. However there’s a couple things I’d like to have an option to do. Which is instead of 2 hour reminders set it to whatever you want like for me 4 hours. Another thing that makes me crazy is it documents something or double documents something and can’t remove it on a iPhone anyway.

There’s suppose to be a follow app so the Doctor pull the stats off of InPen but all the Medtronic CareLink I apps do not connect with the InPen app or login information is the any manual or setup instructions so I can share the information that the doctor requires to have prior to a doctors visit?

Just started using the InPen yesterday, but noticed very early into my day that my glucose readings weren’t showing up in the app (after maybe 12 hours of starting the InPen). My Dexcom g6 has no connection issues and I’ve already tried logging out/back in thru both apps, but that still doesn’t fix the issue of my Dexcom readings not reflecting on the InPen app’s graph. Also - several bolus doses were not reflecting for me as well, when taking a correction dose or a meal dose. Which that’s not ideal since the point of this product is to keep track of everything lol Not sure what to do

The InPen is a great device. I’m on my 3rd or 4th one now and while the cost/replacement process is arduous, the device is great. However, I can’t believe that after all this time, there’s no watch complication. Please give me the ability to see from my watch how many units I have left circulating!
