Where did the history go?
I loved this app, until the 24 hour history disappeared. Now I see only 3 or 4 hours and the rest disappeared. Not sure what has happened to my G6 historical cal data.

Does not load graph or time in range. Chews through an entire charge in about 1 day. Please fix.
The app loses its connection to the Bluetooth connection on the phone and must be repaired. The app logs out from the server and must be logged in again and then pump repaired with the phone. It desperately needs to maintain its data and ability to stay logged in and connected. This is the only app that does this. The pump maintains connection to the phone. The app is the problem. It loses its pairing data and has to be repaired very often! Not good for a medical device that keeps me alive!
Since the last update this app has been problematic. It stops tracking data after the initial opening of the app and I have to close the app and manually refresh it for the graph to populate with glucose data. Then the next time I bring it forward (open it from being in the background) it is grayed out with diagonal lines from the point I set it into the background.
I’m constantly getting signed out of my account in the app, and then I’ll get notifications every 2 minutes (at least it feels like it) to sign back in. This happens all of the time. The extent to which this app drains my phone’s battery is also insane. I have a Whoop band, with the companion app running in the background. More or less the same data collection functionality as this app, but this app uses more than twice as much of my battery. Having the ability to bolus from my phone is a very tiny benefit compared to the other pains of this app.
App is shutting down pump at night. Urgent issue and no fix for months.
I’ve been using this app for 4 years now. It has been really helpful in tracking pump usage & time in range. I recently updated to switch to the new G7 CGM. Then this app started showing grayed out sections in the BG over time plot, including when a bolus occurred. I tried re-starting the app & cycling power on my phone. Sometimes it got better but only for a while. Now it won’t show any plot data at all. I know it’s talking to the CGM because it shows the current BG, but the history doesn’t display at all now. Also I can’t see when boluses were done. I have to go look at the pump. Please fix. Thanks.
Like others I saw posting, in the last few months I’ve been having a recurring issue with the mobile app not displaying a graph of the blood glucose history on the Dashboard tab from my Dexcom G7. It makes it harder to spot trends before I bolus. Now I have to bring up the Dexcom app or my pump itself before I bolus. If I force close/restart the Tandem app, it will often show the graph information again. But that quickly stops working. If they could get this working again, I’d move my rating back to 5 stars, since it’s usually more convenient to bolus on my phone.
Horrible app! Can input numbers, over and over and they often won’t appear on the timeline. The number will only appear in the upper left corner of the screen so the pump and app are receiving. No way to view status over time. Pump can be inches from my phone, the app and my pump are both receiving the info so there is no excuse for this to be occurring. If you are using the app to view your history before bolusing forget it, this app is next to worthless!
every time I look at the app, the graph is blank again. If I completely quit the app and reopen it, it will download the data from the pump for that time. The next time I look at the app, the graph is blank. This app simply does not function as the other reviews recently stated. the graph is blank. Do you developers understand that the graph is blank?
