Streak in Insight Timer
Insight Timer keeps a streak for how many days in a row you’ve used the app, this helps enormously keep up the daily habit. Also it’s free. Haven’t explored all of it yet but it seems like it has vast resources packed into the app. Also the versatility of the timer, and how you can use it
A great way to start the day and build mindfulness
I have been using the app for over 4 years now and have recommended it over and over both to people on my inner circle and at work. It is a great resource, I have been a paying member for a year and could not be happier to have the membership. I use it for myself and for my children. Thankful for this community that provides access to meditation and so much more ❤️
So much value
Many wonderful teachers and beautiful experiences had. The community of Unique and Patty Hlava has ment a lot to me, finding my joy, finding my peace. Thank you 🙏🏽❤️📝💫
The Netflix of meditation and a must-have for me
The app has only become better over time. From a user perspective, I find it very user friendly and even though I don’t use all the data trackers, it does help me keep track of how my mood swings and what impacts it. Content wise I’m super happy. I’ve found a couple of favorites, not only guided meditations but more “mainstream” though provoking courses and lectures, in addition to have attended a few really good live streams. Like Netflix, there’s alaways things you don’t like, but I feel I’ve found what cover my needs and is worth every penny. Added bonus that I find materials in all 4 languages I speak.
Timer stops
2 stars because the app timer will fail aprox 1 out of 5 times: the timer does not count down in the background if switching to another app.
My favorite app
I have been using it daily for years. It’s a great tool for finding new meditation or just setting a timer.
