I downloaded the app, signed up, received the verification email and replied… set up my password… and then nothing. I log in and get a blank white screen with the word Cancel in the top left corner. I have emails welcoming me to trip source also. Restarted the phone… same result. Deleted the app and uploaded a fresh version… same result. At the moment this app is useless… was hoping for better.

Don’t use this app unless you have to. Tried to register my email with them but all the verification emails had faulty links.

Loaded the app as my company suggested for bcd travel. Can’t book or search hotels flights nothing just a nice little icon on my phone. I’m in Russia Called into bcd travel and was on hold for over 2 hours telling me my call will be answered in the order it was received. Finally hung up and went through Expedia. Not impressed 0 stars had to put 1 star just to get thus review to send.

Everything was fine until the day of my trip when the app said there’s an update and blocked opening the app, would only send me to update the app. Where there was no update and so the endless loop continued. Always PRINT a copy of your itinerary!!!!

Great app and good import features but very frustrating that it doesn’t sync with my Outlook calendar. Seems like a pretty basic functionality miss

Excellent reminders! Almost forgot to checkin online 24 hrs prior, and TS reminded me. Love this tool

The app may work better if not connected to Lennox. I have only used it through them, was good at first and went down hill each use

App was good in the beginning but then flights started to drop from the app. It would either show my flight going to my destination or my return flight but not both. Emailed customer service for help but got no response.

It's a great idea but I don't find it proactive enough in notifying me of flight delays. Needs to be up to the minute and have a really loud buzzer or something when my flight is delayed.
