Pretty good, but could be easier and more intuitive to use

A pretty good app an a pretty good web app. I wish it could be a little less click redundant. I also wish I could be possible to deactivate and configure all the unnecessary E-mail-notifications in the app.

would have been nice if cut and glue worked soon. it is absolutely terrible that it is not possible to paste text via the jira app, then what is the point of an app?

Love the app, but you broke the Mac workflow

This app is really good, can you please make it available on Mac as well. You guys used to have a great Mac app. I still have it installed on my Mac, but it’s starting to break down now on Senoma. The best solution would be to be able to use this application on my Mac. I’ll give this app 5 ⭐️ as son as you provide a better solution for the Mac, and don’t say your web app. I want a native app.

Language

Please let us change app language instead of making it based on device.

Better than the web UI

How about allowing to install this on M1 Macs? I’d be very grateful if I could avoid the slow and memory-consuming web application.

Missing features

It’s okay, but a few important features are missing, such as formatting of text.

Gets the job done, but needs notifications

The app looks good and runs well, but notifications for incoming support issues is a must. Super annoying that it's missing and it renders the app a little useless in my eyes.

Need an alert for new service desk issues

I like the app, but: Please add a setting for allowing agents to get alerts for new incoming service desk issues.

Doesn’t work with self hosted JIRA

Which it should, because interacting with Jira through Safari on iOS is an abysmal experience. Looking at issue comments clips the entire viewport and you can’t see what you are typing as a comment. Please fix the website in Safari, or make this app work with self hosted installs!
