I love the app, it does really help with managing issues on the hand. Just wishing the options on the app are a bit more custom-like the web portal. Ex: presaved search filters, customizing view panes etc. but overall, brilliant!

Works very well , I have multiple clients JIRAs setup and can switch between them easily . Also notifications works across all clients. Able to view boards and make changes. Only challenge is UX can be a bit clunky on a phone , maybe more the os of the phone than JIRA.

Love the app on ipad

Ever since their refactor to create the cloud addition I must say JIRA is no longer the “urgh jira” it’s a powerhouse of features with excellent user experience, the app follows through on that, it’s functional and advanced making it the all rounder.

Need to be able to expand comment text boxes to fill the screen. See the slack app for an example. It feels like Im typing on an Eriksson from 1990 with two rows of text visible. Rest of the app is great, no complaints yet. At least nothing more important than the text box expand requirement.

Whilst JIRA Mobile has been of great use to me on an adhoc basis I do feel that it could be greatly improved by simply allowing “Create a Linked Issue” to be made available via JSD. When you’re desperate to get work to a team who only works on JSW it’s always useful to create the linked issue and move on with your other urgent items (especially if you’re making use of the app in a meeting). Notifications are a great help, although a great improvement would be sorting or filtering them as it can get quite distracting when you’re constantly receiving notification - which is why mine is not with sound.

I really enjoyed the Jira iphone experience. With so many tasks and to do’s on the go in various teams, I find that I sometimes miss messages on the web, but they are always queued here and I see them all.
