I really hope basics things will be available on JSM and not new feature that nobody is askin. I’m +20y developer I know limitation/dependencies but cannot understand some things new just to sell it while thousand people waiting decades for some basic stuff. I am frustrated
Overall good app, but why can‘t I paste a copied text from another app to any field or comment in JIRA app?? I can‘t understand why this doesn‘t work and it is a very annoying issue. Can you please fix this? Then I will be happy to give a better rating.
Since nobody reacted to my bug report for weeks I‘ll repeat it here publicly: I can‘t create a task since I need to set an original estimate (it is a necessary field in my board). Clicking inside the field and choosing a time works. But as soon as I hit „Done“ no time is entered and the cursor jumps to the „Issue summary“ field. As long as this error exists, the app is not usable. UPDATE: The support reached out to me. They reproduced the issue and are fixing it.
Never worked in 3 years. Bad app. Very bad. Good product, but amateurish app.
Especially Roadmap contains bugs, which do not exist in desktop version e.g. Incorrectly showing epic duration (3 month long epic is marked only for the month of the end date) . Not all fields available for issues in the desktop version are available in iPad App.

Lorsque qui que ce soit touche à l’avis, tous reçoivent à nouveau un mail et cela est stressant et incorrect pour le technicien. On crois alors que la même panne est revenue et c’est simplement une secrétaire qui l’ouvre et le change d’état. Cela ne devrait en aucun cas être visible pour les techniciens une fois le travail terminé. On a autre chose à traiter que de relire des mails inutiles. C. Demierre
