Can’t replace web
Jira Cloud on iOS and iPad OS simply cannot replace the web version. I often end up switching over to the web version out of frustration. Many features are missing and the app crashes frequently without saving work.
Unreliable garbage application
Auto-save not implemented, hence was writing a huge ticket, then suddenly the application crashed and everything is gone. Formatting is available but clicking on the buttons does nothing. Ugh, how to work like this!
Forms
Can you support forms in Jira service management. I cannot effectively use the mobile app because when a customer submits any form using the customer portal, form fields do not appear on the mobile app, only on the web version.

Why no approval option in the app?
There is no option to approve requests through the app.
