Great mobile/tablet app, with some improvement it could be 5*
My team relies on providing estimates at the start of each sprint, and on desktop estimates can be seen from the backlog without having to tap on a specific ticket (they’re visible in the ticket card). It’d be 5* if we could see the estimates on the cards in the same way on the app (in the backlog and sprint view), as well as having the ability to show next task in the sprint (from specific columns) in a widget!

Not working
Says on website : go to mobile app for best experience! I cant access my project in app. Been saying “Jira’s having some trouble right now. Try again shortly” for 2 days now.

Surprised at how terrible this app is
Whenever I use this app, I get incredibly frustrated. The mobile UI is absolutely dreadful, some features just aren’t available, and others really don’t work well in a touch interface. Often I find myself resorting to using the full website on my mobile, which is just as bad, but normally I can get a feature to work in at least one of these interfaces, but many features not in both. I’m so surprised it’s so bad when this company is a tech company and their products are used to improve the development of software. You must understand, I am a massive fan of Jira and Confluence; I’ve implemented both in many companies, and although I’ve tried other products, I keep coming back to these two. So I’m definitely not downing on Atlassian in general, just that they need to understand this app needs a massive massive massive improvement.
App freezes and work lost in tickets!
Productivity tool that lets you down, crashes and all data entered into the jira ticket is lost before able to hit ‘done’. Why does this not auto-save to a draft like the app or web app? Talk about wasting my time.

Easy to use and works well properly

Whenever I try to scroll on the board view it’s just frozen, ultimately renders the app unusable.
Can’t estimate tasks.
Can’t put estimates on tasks get a 400 HTTP when I select a time, not a good first time experience
