Unable to Load Atlassian Site, Can’t Log in

Since the site doesn’t load on Safari (the page briefly flashes then turns white), I cannot log in to the app... I don’t have this loading issue with other sites. The only page I could find that would sort of load from the Atlassian site was the about us page.

Amazing user friendly experience of the platform.

Have been using JIRA on mobile since long, very happy with the navigation and overall tool itself.

Does not compare to website version

Jira doesn’t work on ios 15 anymore? What should ios 15 users can do now?

Useless for older iOS!

It was helpful to have access via the app on my iPhone but not only does the latest app not work on my phone, the previous version of the app has been bricked by it no longer doing anything other than tell me I need to update the app to continue… One more reason to look for another option to Jira…

iOS 15 support gone

Seems a bit early to stop supporting iOS 15, at least with a compatibility version.

Not a fan of the mobile version

The UX and usability of the mobile version is not very good… I understand that the amount of information to display is huge but everytime I am away and I need to work in emergency with Jira I need to find a way to open my desktop…

Printing issues

Print to Word or Excel format with 20 and more pages is too much! When we used the Sanbix it was compacted to 1, max 2 pages of Word/Excel, Notepad formats. Also Sandbox has option to separate the place of work by name… nothing like that in Jira - if I should go to the same place to do all requests from there it’s a nightmare to separate from others work sites requests
