How much does Joggo cost?
Joggo has several in-app purchases/subscriptions, the average in-app price is 233.49 zł.
I called at the end of the first six months cancelled and received email showing everything was cancelled, only to be charged again another six months later. Found the email showing the account was cancelled, sent it to them in the chat. They had the nerve to tell me that I only cancelled the workout plan and not the subscription. The email clearly said subscription. They wanted to refund 25% of the charge I did not authorize. Then I sent them the email again showing it said subscription and they offered 50%. I finally received the whole refund and have been told I would not be charged again, but I don’t trust them. Don’t give them your credit card, pay with PayPal or Apple Pay. Joggo is not to be trusted with your money. Good luck with the app
Unauthorized charges
The app and program itself is fine but I cancelled my subscription several months ago and was just charged a “recurring charge”. Customer support claims they need a screenshot of evidence I cancelled my subscription (which I don’t have since I’ve never needed proof for any other app/program before since that info is obviously in joggo’s system and customer support can see it).
Not good for treadmill running
It will not track any of the data from treadmill running
App Charges
Make sure you pay attention to where your subscription is located. I was tracking all subscriptions in my App Store, but this one is specifically in the app. I got charged and tried to cancel same day after discovering this.
Disappointed with App and Service
This app is only ok, good in theory and for the first few weeks but then you start to see the holes. The prompts are repetitive and it doesn’t actually read your progress and adjust the plan accordingly. Even more disappointed in their customer service. They charged me incorrectly (I paid for 6 months after my first 3 months and they have been charging me incorrectly and refuse to refund me the difference.) If I were you, I’d pass.
Lousy customer service
I signed up when I saw an ad that I’d be reimbursed after completing so many miles. I received my reimbursement and thought all was well. I stopped using the app completely for months. Some 5-6 months later I was charged $120 for a 6 month plan. I had no idea what was going on so I reached out and asked for a refund since I hadn’t used it in months, and certainly didn’t have a need for it beyond that, especially for $120. The customer service got back to me and said no. Ridiculous. It was an oversight that apparently after a certain time I’d be charged despite my thinking after the reimbursement all was said and done. They ended up reimbursing half. Still not satisfied. Whatever you do, if you sign up, know that you will be charged again months later whether or not you are using the app still. Customer service will not accommodate you, so don’t forget!
Do NOT Try this Ap
I tried this Ap out hoping it would help me with endurance. It does not . I cancelled the Ap 1 week into it. 2 months later, they charged my PayPal account $65! I filed a dispute with PayPal and Joggo. Joggo said the small print stated they would charge me this amount. So yes, my mistake. Please don’t make a mistake like I did.
Don’t forget to cancel before renewal
I forgot to cancel my subscription before the renewal date. My bad. But they don’t allow any exceptions. Which is too bad for me because I only used the app twice. But they were very generous in providing me a 25% discount on my current subscription that I will never use. *note the sarcasm.* Learned my lesson.
Tried for 1 day and can’t get a refund.
Tried the app for 1 day and decided it wasn’t for me and now I’m locked into a 3 month subscription I won’t be using and can’t get a refund for. Not happy at all.
Terrible program, don’t get sucked in!
I purchased the app at the beginning of the summer, and although I used it over a period of four months, I wasn’t really happy with it. The training plans don’t really allow you to progress very much, and there are much better programs out there. I received a notification that the Joggo plan had renewed at a fee of $95 for six months! The same day, I went online and canceled and then requested a refund from customer support. They refused to issue a refund (that is not our policy)in spite of it being the exact same day that they charged my card. They did however, offer a 25% discount unbelievable! Definitely not worth it.
