After long run, the app didn’t sync with apple watch, therefore all data was lost from both device apps. I miss the option to log an excercise on your own when something like that happens
I’m not super impressed with this app. I have a random charge on my bank account for $25.84. When I try to log into my Joggo account it says my subscription has expired. All the help articles I can find say to log into my account to cancel my subscription. Getting very frustrated.
I cancelled this app and continued to get charged even though I never used. I had to dispute it with my credit card and still Joggo fought my dispute. DO NOT SIGN UP
The training programs are actually not bad at all, which is unfortunate because Joggo is truly one of the most outrageously unethical companies I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The customer support is literally non-existent. It’s just an AI in a German warehouse somewhere. Don’t even bother trying to explain an issue via email, the response is the exact same every time. The bigger issue is that this company’s billing practices are either intentionally fraudulent or so totally incompetent that it amounts to the same thing. Cancelled my subscription months ago. When renewal came due, they charged me anyway, multiple times and from multiple different variants of their merchant information — leading to my debit card being shut down and now needing to be replaced. There is, of course, absolutely nobody on Joggo’s end that can be contacted about this issue. Clearly the hope is that most people will become so frustrated trying to deal with their non-existent customer service that some will just give up and eat these charges regardless of whether they continue to get or use a subscription. Bottom line — unless you enjoy spending time on the phone with your bank and having the re-enter new card info into every single account you use a debit card with, DO NOT ALLOW THIS COMPANY TO HOLD YOUR PAYMENT DETAILS.
I have never even heard of this app and found out that I had paid $500 for it. Yes, I should pay closer attention to my checking account but I did not sign up for for this. They can see there has been zero activity from my end. Be very wary of clicking on anything here!
They scored an entire extra year off of me by saying I didn’t cancel all plans, apparently it was just one. When I brought this up the customer service rep said they have a no refund policy. Do not go with Joggo if you value your money. They just cash grabbed off a single mother who needs every dollar but thought this app could empower me to take better care of myself. It empowered me to learn from these deceptive practices.
The app did not work for me. I canceled my subscription after a year. I can no longer login to appt and use it, however they continue to charge $116 every 3 months. I cannot get anyone to help me get a refund or to stop charging my card. It’s a horrible app, do not use it.
All the reviews that give more than one star to this app have to be scams. Even the ones online. There is a reason the app doesn’t offer a free trial - the app is trash and they know it. It has me at a max heart rate for a 25 year old even though I’m 50. The stupid app is pushing me to run at 175 bpm when my max HR for my age is 170. I emailed their customer service and they just told me to restart everything. When that didn’t change anything (except mess up the app more) customer service then just ignored me. The app doesn’t track my pace accurately at all. It is all over the place. At one point it said I was running a 2:35 pace mile (ha!) when I was walking. The audio cues are stupid. It says “keep going” in this annoying peppy voice when I’m supposed to be doing a slow recovery walk. When I could get the audio cues to work at all, which was rare. The recipes are delusional. They call for corn tortillas for wraps and 1 tbsp of hummus for dipping. There aren’t a lot of recipes and you can’t substitute your own. When I updated the meal plan, the shopping list the app generates didn’t update. The app does all sorts of funky stuff, like thinking a date in the past is the current calendar date. The AI coach is a dumb feature. Not helpful at all. Since there hasn’t been an update to the app for six months I can only assume based on my experience the app is no longer supported and the company is just taking people’s money. Don’t pay for this app! It is trash.
The email portion of registration was slow.
