Ne jetez pas votre argent
Vraiment pas terrible, je n’ai vu aucune plus-value du programme. Ce n’est pas du tout personnalisé. J’ai jeté 100 euros à la poubelle.

The app is not connecting with any other smartwatch then iwatch, so even you have a smartwatch or heart rate monitor you wont be able to connect it. As well the timer is not accurate, so your running speed is not accurate neither, means your training cannot be sufficient. On top, due to some kind of error sometimes workout is simply not recorded. In short - app is not ready to be used, or even more - that you would pay for it.
The application push to lose weight dangerously (my weight is 60 kg for 1m75): the target is -6kg even if I don’t ask to lose weight … toxic app!
I’m not super impressed with this app. I have a random charge on my bank account for $25.84. When I try to log into my Joggo account it says my subscription has expired. All the help articles I can find say to log into my account to cancel my subscription. Getting very frustrated.
I cancelled this app and continued to get charged even though I never used. I had to dispute it with my credit card and still Joggo fought my dispute. DO NOT SIGN UP
The training programs are actually not bad at all, which is unfortunate because Joggo is truly one of the most outrageously unethical companies I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The customer support is literally non-existent. It’s just an AI in a German warehouse somewhere. Don’t even bother trying to explain an issue via email, the response is the exact same every time. The bigger issue is that this company’s billing practices are either intentionally fraudulent or so totally incompetent that it amounts to the same thing. Cancelled my subscription months ago. When renewal came due, they charged me anyway, multiple times and from multiple different variants of their merchant information — leading to my debit card being shut down and now needing to be replaced. There is, of course, absolutely nobody on Joggo’s end that can be contacted about this issue. Clearly the hope is that most people will become so frustrated trying to deal with their non-existent customer service that some will just give up and eat these charges regardless of whether they continue to get or use a subscription. Bottom line — unless you enjoy spending time on the phone with your bank and having the re-enter new card info into every single account you use a debit card with, DO NOT ALLOW THIS COMPANY TO HOLD YOUR PAYMENT DETAILS.
I have never even heard of this app and found out that I had paid $500 for it. Yes, I should pay closer attention to my checking account but I did not sign up for for this. They can see there has been zero activity from my end. Be very wary of clicking on anything here!
They scored an entire extra year off of me by saying I didn’t cancel all plans, apparently it was just one. When I brought this up the customer service rep said they have a no refund policy. Do not go with Joggo if you value your money. They just cash grabbed off a single mother who needs every dollar but thought this app could empower me to take better care of myself. It empowered me to learn from these deceptive practices.
