The workouts are optimized for the AMP and the Crossrope weighted ropes, though if you have other Crossrope handles or another jump rope available, you can still follow along.

Do I need any other equipment to do these workouts?
No. All you need is your jump rope set, this app, and enough space to jump (no gym required).
What do the workouts look like?
Crossrope workouts are built around different combinations of jump rope and bodyweight exercises to help you burn calories, build strength, and improve endurance. Workouts range from 5 to 60 minutes.

I’ve had the paid subscription for a couple of years now and it is so worth it! Lots of workouts for all levels. I definitely was a beginner when I started and have really built my confidence and competence through this app. Quality of instruction is really good and clear, and also like the variety of choice and the different focuses available. I haven’t really dipped into the community aspect but appreciate the option is available. Wonderful app and love Crossrope equipment too! Keep up the great work! ☺️

How about loyalty bonuses or discount based on other purchases (like rope or amp kit)? To still get slugged year in year out with a very high yearly subscription after all those other purchases seems a bit much (in second year of sub now)

Great challenge! One of the only exercises I find quite difficult is Star plank hold, should really be advanced level for that exercise but overall great workout!

I love their ropes. But I just spent over $400 on their ropes and now they want me to pay for in app purchases. Not cool and unfortunate because it’s such a great app. Ropes should come with a redemption code so you can have full app access when you pay this much for them.

Warning on the beginner challenge workout. Did the first 2 workouts over 2 days and couldn’t walk properly for the next 4. Learn how to massage your calves before hand or only do a couple of minutes a day for a week before start the beginner challenge I love the ropes and the app so far just disappointed I haven’t been able to jump every day
