The Crossrope app is the best way to get fit jumping rope. We have hundreds of quick and effective guided jump rope and bodyweight workouts designed by the Crossrope Athletes utilizing our weighted Crossrope jump ropes.

If you have AMP, our Bluetooth-connected jump rope handles, the Crossrope app counts your jumps in workouts with Personalized Jump Targets and enables Free Jump and Benchmarks.

We release new workouts every week and new fitness challenges regularly. Our library of individual workouts and fitness programs has workouts to help you achieve your personal fitness goals, whether that’s burning fat, getting stronger, or increasing your endurance.

The workouts are optimized for the AMP and the Crossrope weighted ropes, though if you have other Crossrope handles or another jump rope available, you can still follow along.

Do I need any other equipment to do these workouts?
No. All you need is your jump rope set, this app, and enough space to jump (no gym required).
What do the workouts look like?

Crossrope workouts are built around different combinations of jump rope and bodyweight exercises to help you burn calories, build strength, and improve endurance. Workouts range from 5 to 60 minutes.

Crossrope is a fantastic app. For all levels and abilities, ages and time available for the exercise. It has enabled me to progress from a beginner to a competent intermediate skipper and enjoy this progression along the way. I’m 57years old and only wish that Crossrope was around when I was younger!!

A Perfect Workout App

Although I’m new to jump rope I’ve been using health, fitness and work apps for around 20 years. I’m also a developer with a similar number of years experience This app is the best workout app I’ve come across. The integration with the AMP handles just works (that’s high praise, by the way) The selection of programs and workouts seems to be continual being updated. If you’re into your stats - they’re all here. The exercise previews are a nice touch that shows how much attention to these details these guys. I enjoy using this app. Very well done to crossrope and it’s developers 🥳

Since starting the. Crossrope program my fitness has improved. I had never really participated in any body weight exercise. Although I find this the hardest part it’s worth perseverance with as you slowly build a bit more strength. It’s a great all over workout.

Been using this App since 2020 lockdown. Really great variety of workouts. I can modify them to suit my mood and fight off pmdd. I wrote a review avout a year ago asking if they would incorporate weight training and I’m so pleased they listened. I have ditched the gym a few months ago - with no regrets. These workouts are so convenient and require minimum equipment and space. When I’m too lethargic or weather doesn’t permit to jump rope (pmdd) I walk up and down the stairs inside my home instead with dumbbells. I’ve had a couple people approach me curious about my motivation and ropes etc and sign posted. I’m glad I discovered this app. My jump rope skills continue to improve as well particularly as I know when to put the ropes down and try something different to keep me interested and motivated. I’d recommend this app no matter your fitness goals they have you covered
