GET RIGHT AND JUMP!!!!!!

Nothing much to say just read the title line. This app plus the crossrope(ropeless) got me getting money in my room💪🏼

Epic Workouts!

Reaching the ripe age of 65 in 3 months. Performing all kinds of exercises since I was 15 and I never even tried to jump rope. Last month I decided to try and jumped with a beaded rope. Well…within a month I found Crossrope and have been jumping ever since. I have to admit one thing, I think I need to slow down before I burn out, but that might be hard to do because I have added jumping to my existing routine of pull-ups, chin ups, kettlebells, isometrics and other exercises that don’t need a full gym setup. Thank you

App is fantastic - Apple Watch functionality could be enhanced

This app is great between the follow along workout videos and the non-guided workout options. I find I get the most out of this app when pairing it with the Apple Watch. This integrates whatever crossrope workout with Health and generates a ton of useful data (heart rate during workout). My one complaint is that during a Free Jump using more than one rope (1/4 lb and 1/2 lb for example) on the app, I can change the rope I'm using freely. On the Apple Watch you are locked into whatever rope is selected on the app. This can be pretty disruptive if you're changing back and forth for different sets. TLDR: greater flexibility during a workout on the apple watch using crossrope would take this to 5 stars. Otherwise, very well done app.

Great app and workout. Would love to see more diverse faces and bodies to represent and attract many who might not see themselves, but are interested in trying.

Allow me to turn off AMP promotions

Great workouts with great warm-ups. however, the app interface is littered with amp promotions. I will never buy the amp handles. I will not have another rechargeable device in my life. So please let me use the app without being badgered at the end of every workout and so many other places to buy amp. Otherwise, thank you for your good work.

Making Jump Roping Great Again!!! 😂😂😂

I’m a 90’s kid and back in the day we had to count the jumps as you went but with CrossRope the only you have to focus on is jumping. If anyone has ever enjoyed jumping rope at any point of their lives I highly recommend investing in a CrossRope you will not regret it.

Worse Over Time, but Nice Ropes

Feels like I have to write this review after being a user for 3.5 years because of the feature removal. It used to be that you would get a fun rotation of a new exercise or two each day that would remain free for a couple of weeks and you would essentially pay to access the “archives” among other features, and it worked that way for a long time. Now there are only a set few free workouts (most of which aren’t particularly engaging) that do not change; if you want most new things you have to pay for it. I used to look forward to what fresh new 3-flame endurance workouts they would cook up on a weekly basis, but now it’s generally the same old tedium with one free interesting one if you’re lucky (and those only stick around for a couple days). Super unfortunate they’re going the same way that most other companies do these days, but I still have to give it 3 stars since the ropes have worked amazing for me for years and they still do offer free workouts (even if the app is a shadow of what it once was).

Some minor issues but overall a great system to stay healthy

The AMP handles are working mostly great with the app. I use it just for counting the jumps and it’s perfect but my wife also uses it for the offered workouts and made a few times a weird experience: not all workouts consist just of jumping rope but also additional exercises between the jumping (what is fine by itself) BUT: after a while of not using the AMP handles during these workouts the handles are turning off (too early) and the whole workout stopped… Dear Crossrope Team: please have a look into this please! 🙏 Customer Support improved after a few weeks but was horrible initially. We asked one simple question: “Do the Login Credentials (Email + Password) need to be same for every user or can/should they be different for everyone when we want to use Family Sharing?” And they weren’t able or/and willing to answer that and referred us instead to the Apple Customer Support… 🙄 To all these people who think the subscription is too expensive: roughly $100/year are in our opinion way more intelligent invested into this than lets say a Netflix or Spotify subscription. And a Gym membership costs you as well - right?
