Prior to the release of the AMP handles, I did love the app, and I was trying to get passionate about my new jump rope fitness practice, but since the app update, there’s SO many AMP reminders on the screen, that I have to click ‘off’ to even see and click the start jumping button. I have paid for the app, I’m in New Zealand, so cannot even buy the handles. But I only bought ‘get lean’ set August last year and if I had have known about this large change, I would have maybe waited. I find using the app now really tiresome and just do the Free Jump. Which is a bit pointless, as I did enjoy the programs.
I’ve had the Crossropes for a while but have only recently started using the app for weighted workouts and I AM LOVING IT! Can’t recommend highly enough. Love that you can get the cues over your music and there are lots of different options depending on what you feel like working on. Fantastic app!
Great app, great workouts. Thank you cross rope!
If you’re a beginner or wanting to change up in your workouts, Jump roping is for you! Some of the workouts include body weight exercises in between making the jump rope intervals your rest time. I’m loving it - and I’m into day 3!
Just started out and these workouts are a good intro for a beginner
This App keeps me accountable to train for at least a couple minutes a day with the jump rope system
Hands down one of the best fitness app specially if you love jump rope the down side is it a bit pricey
App, exercises, and ropes get better and better. Not mention a support team that is always on your side. Can’t wait to see what’s next!
Nearly perfect workout app. I’ve been using Crossrope on and off since the pandemic. Lovely app. Only wish is that it didn’t pause my music when I started a workout.
