I recently started my weightloss plan, and the workouts in this app is really helpful.
Really enjoying the challenges here.
I love the crossropes. I bring them everywhere and it’s so easy to train either with the app or integrate it in ny normal training.
The app is very helpful and makes you burn fat. Recommend this app:)
