The workouts are optimized for the AMP and the Crossrope weighted ropes, though if you have other Crossrope handles or another jump rope available, you can still follow along.

Do I need any other equipment to do these workouts?
No. All you need is your jump rope set, this app, and enough space to jump (no gym required).
What do the workouts look like?
Crossrope workouts are built around different combinations of jump rope and bodyweight exercises to help you burn calories, build strength, and improve endurance. Workouts range from 5 to 60 minutes.

I love this app. I use the premium version. A year costs about a month at a gym. Love the filter option and the tons of workout. I know have 7 of the ropes: 1/4 lb, 1/2 lb, 3/4 lb, 1 lb, 1.5 lb, 2 lb, and the 3 pound Green Monster. Highly recommended. Use the FB community and also JumpRope Dudes.

I have used Crossrope for more than a year, maybe more? Great ropes ! As for the app, it is very useful, intuitive, and engaging. I run, lift, and hit the gym and this still wears me out. The app does all the thinking for you and tells you when to switch ropes or to do different activities so you don’t get bored. It’s a great workout that will get you sweating in a short amount of time. I’m glad I made the purchase. It exceeded my expectations.

Wow I am really happy with the AMP platform. I have had this app (on and off) for a few years now. I have to say that this is one of the smoothest, easy to use, apps out there. The counter is accurate. The workouts are easy to follow. And they are tough! Which is all I can ask for. 5 STAR!

I have been using the ropes and rope less set for a couple years now. I love them! My kids have jumped with me for a whole family workout and it’s been easier to maintain during pregnancy and right after. I get bored doing the same workout every day and there are so many different workouts it’s easy to switch it up or try the different workouts. I have modified a lot of my workouts to fit my fitness levels and injuries. I have 8 kids and I jump 5 to 6 days a week. So, they are easy to incorporate into a busy life. I’m getting a great workout every time. I would highly recommend getting the Amp handles to go with the ropes. It has definitely brought out the more competitive side of me and pushes me to give a little more!
