The Crossrope app is the best way to get fit jumping rope. We have hundreds of quick and effective guided jump rope and bodyweight workouts designed by the Crossrope Athletes utilizing our weighted Crossrope jump ropes.

If you have AMP, our Bluetooth-connected jump rope handles, the Crossrope app counts your jumps in workouts with Personalized Jump Targets and enables Free Jump and Benchmarks.

We release new workouts every week and new fitness challenges regularly. Our library of individual workouts and fitness programs has workouts to help you achieve your personal fitness goals, whether that’s burning fat, getting stronger, or increasing your endurance.

The workouts are optimized for the AMP and the Crossrope weighted ropes, though if you have other Crossrope handles or another jump rope available, you can still follow along.

Do I need any other equipment to do these workouts?
No. All you need is your jump rope set, this app, and enough space to jump (no gym required).
What do the workouts look like?

Crossrope workouts are built around different combinations of jump rope and bodyweight exercises to help you burn calories, build strength, and improve endurance. Workouts range from 5 to 60 minutes.

Super Mega App. Sehr abwechslungsreich und macht jede menge Spaß. Besonders mit den AMP Griffen wird der Ehrgeiz geweckt sich mit andere Mitgliedern zu messen. Weiter so.

Teuer und nicht auf Deutsch!

Leider interessiert es Crosrope nicht, die App für den deutschen Markt anzupassen, wodurch die Griffe teilweise nutzlos werden. Die Kosten dafür sind zudem zu hoch.

Innovative Fitness-App mit vielen Möglichkeiten

Ich nutze die Crossrope App schon seit mehr als 4 Jahren. Erst ohne Abo und seit 2 Jahren mit. Diese Investition ist diese App wirklich Wert. Für jeden ist etwas dabei und regelmäßig neu hinzugefügte Programme lassen keine Langeweile aufkommen. Im Abo stehen einem alle je veröffentlichten Programme zu Verfügung und man kann diese auch öfter wiederholen, wenn man eines besonders mag. Ich wiederhole gerne die Programme mit Dumbbells oder Kettlebell, so bekommt man auch ein gutes Krafttraining und muss nicht viel Zeit investieren. Gute 30 Minuten am Tag bringe ich fast immer unter und trainiere so regelmäßig mit Erfolg. Hier gibt es leider eine nicht ganz so große Auswahl, aber die vorhandenen mag ich sehr gerne. Seit Ende letzten Jahres gibt es die AMP-Griffe und hiermit wird die App nun zum echten Motivator. Für jeden, der seine Entwicklung noch besser sehen möchte, empfehle ich diese AMP-Griffe wärmstens. Ich bin auf jeden Fall begeistert. Jetzt müsste man nur noch die Seilauswahl nach eigenen Wünschen anpassen können und alles wäre perfekt. 👍🏼😉

Ich hatte Crossrope während Corona entdeckt und springe seit mittlerweile zwei Jahren damit. Die Übungen sind abwechslungsreich und machen Spaß und es dauert auch nicht so lange. Ich nutze hauptsächlich die Challenges bzw. Mehrtagesprogramme. Bin echt froh über die Investition!

Great variability of workouts; the filter function is great!

By choosing different weights you can focus on upper body power or endurance. By choosing different times you can do i.e. high intensive intervals. In addition it‘s great fun, especially as you see yourself getting better. I use the ropes 1-3 times a week since 3 years. I am 53, orthopedic surgeon and specialist in shoulder surgery and sports medicine. With crossrope and some dumbbells (and nothing else!) I have a full body training and am fitter than ten years ago. Many thanks to the crossrope team!
